Hey! I'm Rebecca Wood
I’m a baker of sourdough and sweet treats, a block print artist, storyteller, and an active member of Nashville’s music and sustainable food communities. For almost eight years, I held the title “Studio Mama” at Zac Brown’s famed recording studio, Southern Ground Nashville, where I cooked nutritious, farm-driven meals for the musicians who recorded there. Since March 2020, I’ve leaned on these experiences to find new ways we can all eat better, care for one another, and become our next best selves, even in these challenging times.
I hope you’ll join me as I meander through memories and menus and pave the way towards a future of thoughtful dinners together.
